Nagata Advertising Corporation (Head office: Tsushima City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Ichiro Nagata), Cinarra Systems Japan K.K. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masato Hosoytani), and Hakuhodo DY Outdoor Inc. Hakuhodo DY Outdoor Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Katsuta Mizuno) have conducted a demonstration experiment to measure media contact in order to visualize the advertising value of Food Court Vision, an outdoor advertising medium that is used in 136 malls and 528 screens nationwide.
In this experiment, Wi-Fi spots installed in the Food Court Vision at AEON MALL Makuhari New City were used to measure and estimate the number, attributes, and contact status of people who come into contact with the Food Court Vision, as well as the status of store visits to the relevant stores in the mall after the airing of customer-transferring advertisements, using services provided by Cinarra Systems Japan Co. The number, attributes, and contact status of people who come into contact with the “Food Court Vision”, as well as the store visit status of the relevant store in the mall after the airing of the customer service advertisement are measured and estimated.
